Notice is hereby given that the 77 th Annual General Meeting of the Technological Association Malaysia, Penang Branch will be held on Saturday 2nd March 2024. Time: 6.00pm, at Wu Jia Restaurant, Pekaka Square, Taman Pekaka, Penang. This will be a Hybrid AGM.
Note: For Members who cannot go On-Line, you may join other members who are On-Line and
present your attendance. The Link for the Hybrid AGM will be provided on 1 st March 2024.

- Pre-AGM Technical Talk by Guest Speaker Dato’ Dr. Professor Ir. Ts. Eric Goh Kok Hoe entitled: 5G Powered Drones: The Way Forward from 2023 Towards Industry 5.0 – 6.30pm to 7.30pm
- Welcome address by Ts. Soon Yin Lou – TAM Penang Branch Chairman 2023/2024 – 6.30pm.
- To confirm the minutes of the 76 th AGM held Hybrid on 18 th February 2023.
- To receive and adopt the Annual Report of the Committee.
- To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Account for the year ended 2023.
- Introduction of TAM Penang Branch Chairman for the year 2024/2025 by Immediate Past Chairman Ts. Alex Poo Teng Soo.
- To elect two Vice Chairman, ten other members of the Committee and two Auditors for the ensuing year.
- To transact any other business of which at least three (3) clear days’ notice in writing shall have been given to the Hon. Secretary.
