Notice of TAM Penang 78th Annual General Meeting 2025

Notice is hereby given that the 78th Annual General Meeting of the Technological Association Malaysia (TAM), Penang Branch will be held as follow:

Date: 1st March 2025 (Saturday)
Time: 5.00pm (Registration starts on 4.30pm)
Venue: Wu Jia Restaurant, Pekaka Square, Taman Pekaka, Penang.

Kindly note that this will be a physical AGM.

AGENDA:

1. Welcoming address by Ts. Soon Yin Lou, Chairman of TAM Penang Branch (2024/2025)
2. To confirm the minutes of the 77th TAM Penang AGM, held on 2nd March 2024.
3. To receive and adopt the Annual Report 2024/2025.
4. To receive and adopt the Audited Statement of Account for the financial year ending 2024.
5. Presentation of TAM Penang Branch Chairman for the year 2025/2026 by Immediate Past Chairman Ts. Alex Poo Teng Soo.
6. To elect TWO (2) Vice Chairmen, TEN (10) Ordinary Committee Members and TWO (2) Auditors for the upcoming term.
7. To address matters arising, of which written notice must be submitted to the Honorary Secretary at least THREE (3) days prior to the meeting.
